As a doctor I have witnessed 1000 of patients with black spots on teeth.
Prime reason is delayed and unusual schedule of teeth brushing cause sweet tooth.
    Another prime reason is smoking.

To cure black spots on teeth, first, visit a dentist to determine the cause. Common treatments include professional cleaning for surface stains, fillings for cavities, or whitening procedures for deeper stains. At home, maintain good oral hygiene by brushing with fluoride toothpaste, flossing daily, and using mouthwash. Reducing intake of staining foods and drinks like coffee and tea can also help.
